Hi, suse list,
I have a problem with some pdf files that don't print when i select to print with acrobat reader (the one included with SuSE 7.0). The printer is a HP Laserjet 1100 conected to a computer that acts as a printer server (SuSE 7.0).
The system send me a mail that says that apsfilter generated an error. That is loged as:
+ test -n '' + print_stdin + eval /usr/bin/gs -sDEVICE=ljet4 -r600 -sPAPERSIZE=a4 '-sOutputFile=>(cat' - '1>&3)' - -c quit '1>&2' ++ /usr/bin/gs -sDEVICE=ljet4 -r600 -sPAPERSIZE=a4 -sOutputFile=/dev/fd/63 - -c quit +++ cat - %%[ Error: invalidaccess; OffendingCommand: --nostringval-- ]%% GNU Ghostscript: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1 + pipe_status + test 1 -eq 0
What's wrong??? Is acrobat reader generating a bad postscript that apsfilter doesn't understand?

Hi,
Just tried it on my PC, no problem with 1100. In acroread ...> print >> printer command:/usr/bin/lpr -Premote remote is my Pc acting as printerserver on a suse 7
