has been stalking these girls since last year he has been warned before. I have traced him and email hes ISP..They havent come back, but suspending hes net connection isnt enough. We need to get him aressted as he has been warned before. He stays in Georgia. I dont know who to go to now.

Why dont you talk to the police? Surely they must know how to proceed. He clearly states that he has taken controll of the victims accounts, isnt that a indication he is "breaking and entering"? Bankaccounts? Creditcards? As far as i know that is illegal. Yeah iam going to do that. He is from Georgoia. I dont want to contact the police over here because they useless. im going to see if i can find an link on the net for Georgia's crime or police. I also emailed the newspaper in Georgia see what they can do.

And apparently according to the hacker himself, quoted here in one of the first messages, he has used a password cracker. If you publish the name of some innocent body by mistake, because the "hacker" is posing as somebody else, or camouflaging his tracks, you might be in deep trouble. Hmmm... I'm confused. I mentioned law enforcement, and by the FBI I meant the U.S. Government's Federal Bureau of Investigation, who deal, among other things, in interstate criminal activity. On the other hand, I cannot answer the question about which Georgia was being referred to, since I'm not the person with the issue. Obviously, I assumed the U.S. state, not the European country.

Lastly, what about what I said reminds you of an "Easter European country..." And what do you mean by that?

Kevan, no offense, but how may times you had to deal with EE country law enforcement? And, for that, with US ones? I got my car hit on a parking in front of a bar here in MN. The guys with the other car came out of the bar and left the parking. When I called police, I was basically told that if no one is hurt, I'd better go with my insurance company, because they have more important thinks to do. They even were not willing to issue me some kind of document, so my insurance company knows that it was not my fault. So I end up paying 1000$. I did not file a claim with the insurance, because they told me that if it is my fault, they are going to rise my insurance.

So, please, do not be prejudice.

Yeah, I've been getting them for 31 years ever since my first one at the age of 11. As for medication.... huh! The only stuff I can get is the painkillers I take all the time (yes, all the time 8 a day every day 365 days of hte year) for the arthritis. I have had stuff like Sanomigraine and many years ago an ergotamine based drug.
