I have opensuse 10.3 64 bit version. I am trying to load skype on the system. I notice that the library dependency is fulfilled in the 64 bit version but is not covered by the 32 bit libraries. Is there a way to satisfy this dependency in a uniform way? -- Joseph Loo jloo@acm.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Hmm, I was able to install Skype with all dependencies on a x86-64 system. Do you have the 10.3 internet installation repository added. Maybe not all packages are on CD or DVD. Is there a way to satisfy this dependency in a uniform way? I had also a problem. when I tried to install sype.rpm I got a dependency error. I then looked for a provider with the missing lib and installed it. works now robert
