[opensuse] Still problems with KDE repositories
So, I've done the 'zypper dup' that was recommended and now it comes back 'nothing to do'. Similarly 'zypper up' :-) But 'zypper verify' doens't # zypper verify Loading repository data... Reading installed packages... 2 Problems: Problem: cannot install both kdebase4-openSUSE-12.3-10.41.9.i586 and kdebase4-openSUSE-12.3-4.2.i586 Problem: susegreeter-branding-openSUSE-12.3-6.24.14.noarch conflicts with namespace:otherproviders(susegreeter-branding) provided by susegreeter-branding-openSUSE-12.3-2.3.noarch Problem: cannot install both kdebase4-openSUSE-12.3-10.41.9.i586 and kdebase4-openSUSE-12.3-4.2.i586 Solution 1: Following actions will be done: deinstallation of kdebase4-openSUSE-12.3-4.2.i586 deinstallation of kdebase4-openSUSE-12.3-4.2.i586 deinstallation of kdebase4-openSUSE-12.3-4.2.i586 Solution 2: deinstallation of kdebase4-openSUSE-12.3-10.41.9.i586 What's this "namespace:otherproviders(susegreeter-branding)" -- How long did the whining go on when KDE2 went on KDE3?
