The To Desktop line in the application icon

I just upgraded to SuSE 8.2 on my desktop system (my laptops have been
at 8.2 for a while, but I never noticed this on the laptops), and I
noticed that the "To Desktop" line is missing in the application button
on the top left of each window. I somehow got it to appear, but when I
click on it and select another desktop, the window remains on the
desktop where it was initially placed. I was not able to find a good
reference in the online KDE manual and FAQ.

Does the follwoing help or have I misunderstood? K->Control Center->Appearance and Themes->Window Decorations->Buttons. You may need to check the "Use custom titlebar positions" box. -- JDL Non enim propter gloriam, diuicias aut honores pugnamus set propter libertatem solummodo quam Nemo bonus nisi simul cum vita amittit.

Apparently the default SuSE does not include the "To Desktop" line.
