This may not even be a Thuunderbird problem. I have similar Problems in Suse 11.4 and as far as I know this may well be linked to errors in hplip and ghostscript: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=692905 http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=691759 I know, one deals with graphics in PDF but it is about inverting outputs anyway. As far as I know only hplip has been updated yet. My printer understands PCL as well as PS and the only solution I have at the moment is: Use the PS-driver.
