Re: [SLE] Coupling on BBC2
It was on screen for about 5 minutes. It looked like the SuSE 6.3 box to
me. Obviously someone in the BBC props department is a SuSE fan.

Did any UK based readers see the sitcom "Coupling" on BBC2 last night? And
of those that did, did anyone spot what was on the shelf behind Jane in the stationary cupboard scene? Looked suspiciously like a SuSE Linux box to me! Nice placement ad actually - in the background just above her shoulder for
a good minute or two. :o)

It's Season Three, Episode Two I watched it on tape last night, it's possibly the least subtle product placement *ever* on the BBC :) Looks like a 6.4 box to me, but 6.4 is the only version since 6.3 that I don't actually have a box of to correctly confirm the swirly logo thing. -- James Ogley, Unix Systems Administrator, Pinnacle Insurance Plc james.ogley@pinnacle.co.uk www.pinnacle.co.uk +44 (0) 20 8731 3619 Using Free Software since 1994, running GNU/Linux (SuSE 8.0) Updated GNOME RPMs for SuSE Linux: www.usr-local-bin.org *********************************************************************** CONFIDENTIALITY. This is the image I could come up with... http://www.inforeti.it/images/suse64box_small.gif

I don't think it's 6.4 because the 6.4 box has a TuX on the spine. JDL
