Hello, Anyone experienced this error with online update: Using Yast2, I download all the package update info. A pop-up message states, "There are 150.4 Mb of updates -- do you want to download now?" When I select "Yes", another window pops up and claims "There are no updates to install". I love looked all over the SuSE support site, but have not see this problem. Any ideas? Thanks, Dominic
. Sounds like you didn't select anything. You have to double-click what you want & a G will appear. I always double-click again for an X, so if the DL stops it'll still install what it got. -- Manual, n.: A unit of documentation. There are always three or more on a given item. Yeah, a lot...
"There are 150.4 Mb of updates -- do you want to download now?"
That just means they have 150.4 Mb of updated rpm's on the server... not necessarily for you to download
When I select "Yes", another window pops up and claims "There are no updates to install".
That means you're up to date and there are none that aren't installed... OR if you did automatic update, there are none it sees fit to install DoPo
