[opensuse] TW: LibreOffice Calc : Negative Numbers in Red not working

I thought susepaste. Google drive might be another. But it is a small file, 14 KB, simple to email to those wanting it. I opened your file, and here negative numbers show in red. - as you suggest : could be that this is a Locale related problem {
perhaps Greece is hyper-allergic to Red-Ink Negative Numbers and budget
deficits}
