I've done it a few ways. How do you *want* to do it? Tell us what your frame grabber card is, your sound card, the source you're capping from, and the software you tried. Then tell us what happened and why you didn't think it worked. Personally, I have a Pinnacle DC10+ (MJPEG) Frame Grabber and a Creative Ensonique AudioPCI (es1371). For capturing with these, I use lavrec. When I had a WinTV, I used krabber, streamer, bttvgrab, and nupplevideo to grab streams with sound. It's all in the flags. Vague questions get vague answers... ===== -- -=|JP|=- Hit me! - http://www.xanga.com/cowboydren/ Jon Pennington | Debian 2.3 -o) cowboydren @ yahoo . com | Auto Enthusiast /\\ Kansas City, MO, USA | ICQ UIN 69 67 29 31 _\_V __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? I was hoping to use Hauppage WinTV, since that is what I happen to have. Sound card is Creative PCI 128. Using kwintv or xawtv I get no sound in video clips.

OK, all of those you listed I don't know anything about. Sounds like some good leads to investigate.
