CrossOver Office && SuSE 9.0 && Menu entries
When I install a windows app in cxoffice, a desktop icon is created (i.e. for IE6), and a menu entry - not. I googled a bit and found this FAQ entry http://www.codeweavers.com/site/support/docs/cxoffice/ troubleshooting?cw=fbf6cc4b8b3f02b0a53641ad8d748891#MISSING-WINAPP-MENUS I followed the instructions (created ~/.kde/share/applnk/WindowsApplications, recreated all menu-entries in cxsetup) but nothing changed. What am I doing wrong? And what does "latest SuSE 9.0 revision" mean (I have all patches installed). KDE 3.1.4 (from SuSE DVD + patches) CrossOver Office 2.1 (from SuSE wine Rack) Greetings, Alex

You did update from Yast2 Online Update and at least restarted KDE? Ciao, Marcus

You did update from Yast2 Online Update and at least restarted KDE?
Of course. I even created a new user "foo" and installed some win progs under him. No menu entries in KDE.
