Well, sure! Just have a look at the kernel-source source RPM:
================================= Content ======================================
arch-symbols
config.conf
config.tar.bz2
config_subst.sh
guards
kernel-source.spec
linux-2.4.21.tar.bz2
patches.alpha.tar.bz2
patches.common.tar.bz2
patches.i386.tar.bz2
patches.ia64.tar.bz2
patches.mips.tar.bz2
patches.ppc.tar.bz2
patches.s390.tar.bz2
patches.x86_64.tar.bz2
series.conf
So it seems to include quite a number of additional patches.
Bye,
LenZ

On a related note, does anyone remember where I can pick up the Suse (experimental) kernel with the latest NFS-patches ? Have you checked lately? I saw a bunch of stuff in his changelog that addressed NFS, just yesterday. -- _____________________________________ John Andersen

I ghuess I could have been clearer. PAart from the Mantel kernel suse apparently maintains a few other kenrels as well. One of them has the most uptodate kernel patches, and I've used one of those to get some NFS issues resolved (automounting without -nocal could crash my sun server ;) ), but unfortunately I forgot to bookamarkt he download dir, and cannot remember where I found it ... (=)/(=) Would you smile in reassurance as you whisper down the phone? Would you send me packing? Or would you take me home?
