Right click on it in the task bar, and then send it to the desired desktop.

If you are running KDE 3.5, on your panel (taskbar) it shows your desktops. It also shows the application that is running. Just click and drag the application to the desktop that you want it on. Can't help you with the second problem. Bob S

Hello, please post different issues in separated mails to avoid that the answers for the different issues get mixed up. On Aug 27 08:51 Kalvin Weng wrote (shortened):

It would have been nice if you told us what "all the settings" actually are in your particular case. Some general info: Usually when a printer prints a print job again and again the reason is that the printer signals the CUPS backend that the printer didn't successfully finish the printout which lets the printing system re-send the job. Perhaps you can adjust some settings inside the printer? If not, play around with different backends and additionally you may have to specify special DeviceURI options in /etc/cups/printers.conf (restart cupsd after changes there) so that it works for your particular printer, see http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:CUPS_in_a_Nutshell and http://www.cups.org/documentation.php/network.html E.g. you may use a DeviceURI like socket://ip-address:port?waiteof=false Alternatively use the "beh" backend error handler in our RPM package cups-backends, see the comments in /usr/lib[64]/cups/backend/beh and http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/OpenPrinting/Database/BackendErrorHandler Kind Regards Johannes Meixner -- SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstrasse 5, 90409 Nuernberg, Germany AG Nuernberg, HRB 16746, GF: Markus Rex -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
