Hi John: Settings -> Configure Editor ... -> Fonts will bring you to a menu where you can increase the font size. -- Cheers, Jonathan

John: You may have an old version of Kwrite. Mine is Kwrite 3.0. If this is the case you might consider updating your KDE desktop. -- Cheers, Jonathan

Thanks, John
OK John: It may be that the font size is contained in the kwriterc, in ~/.kde2/share/config. Look for a line in kwriterc that has: Font=courier,8,2,0,50,0 change the 8 to 12 like so: Font=courier,12,2,0,50,0 The reason I am not sure is that my kwrite uses Kate's config file, katerc. I believe Kate will replace kwrite eventually. -- Cheers, Jonathan

It's set in the KDE Control Centre->Look & Feel->Fonts->Fixed width.
