For those still running 11.0 and using gnome, if you would like the latest gnomenu (there is none for 11.0) simply download the 11.2 gnomenu srpm and then rebuild with 'rpmbuild --rebuild gnomenu-version.src.rpm'. Then,

sudo rpm -Uvh /usr/src/packages/RPMS/x86_64/gnomenu*.rpm

(or i586)

2.8 is there now ;) I see for 11.0 it needs python and python-xdg, I haven't aggregated to any version yet, can you confirm 11.0 has 2.6?

Malcolm, I am about to build 2.8 using your 11.2 spec. I have the dependencies, so I bet it will build fine. I'll let you know if it works on 11.0 so it can be added to the repos for (I guess the next week) people to grab before 11.0 starts disappearing. I sure wish the KDE4 guys would clean up 11.0 factory for one last update before the 11.0 repos start going away. Right now KDE4 factory is really ratty for 11.0. No kde4-printer config.
