LEDS for network monitoring
Greetings, I am looking for an app that simply monitors network status .. ( up or down) I have about 7 branches connecting to our central server. It would be nice to have a utility with leds that flash green for network up and red for network down. Does anyone here know where I can find a tool like this? -- Chadley Wilson Research Technicain =========================================== Redhat Certified Technician Cert Number: 603004708291270 Pinnacle Micro Infinite Possibilities, Infinite Solutions Manufacturers of Proline Computers =========================================== Exercise freedom, Use LINUX ===========================================

You could take a look at BigBrother. It provides a webpage showing whether network (and even servers) are up or not by using color codes. Red means a network or device is down (page background changes to show the state). -- Ken Schneider UNIX since 1989, linux since 1994, SuSE since 1998
