Setting Gnome app fonts in .bashrc to work from within KDE
Hi I have SuSE 9.3 and I searched the mailing list in order to make the fonts from programs meant to be run in GNOME but launched from within KDE to show up properly. I found that you can call gnome-control-center and set the fonts and this will work BUT only for the current session. So... everytime I log on I have to call gnome-control-center. I wonder if I could use gnomecc and put it into .bashrc so that the fonts will be set properly and how would I go about doing it. thanks -H

I think that you should edit yor .gtkrc-2.0 file and add something like this: style "user-font" { font_name = "Tahoma 9" } Cheers, Raul
