hello susers :-), because of the lousy Netscape font-performance i downloaded and installed Mozilla fonts; following Readme i did #xset fp+ /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/local/Mozilla:unscaled and chose Mozilla fonts under fonts inside Nestscape; what a remarkable difference ! but this works only per Xsession, my changes are not permanent; Readme says to put the aforementioned command into ~/.xsession; my question is (before sth goes awry): where EXACTLY in ~/.xsession should i add it, at the end of file, is it important where ? and, first of all, is ~/xsession the right place to do that ? i run suse6.3 TIA finn ---------------------------------- E-Mail: finnegan@mail.asn-linz.ac.at Date: 24-Apr-00 Time: 10:39:51 This message was sent by XFMail ---------------------------------- -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/

You can add the path to your /etc/XF86config like this: FontPath "/usr/local/lib/fonts/Mozilla:unscaled" And it should work fine. -- Bob F EMail FBob@wt.net A Truly Wise Man Never Plays Leapfrog With A Unicorn... -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
