[SLE] Questions about SuSE Linux and Linux
Hi everyone I am a new comer to the Linux world, and I have some questions regarding Linux and SuSE distribution. Here are my questions: *After I install English version of SuSE with X-Windows + KDE, every thing is fine every thing is in English, but when I try to look at the on-line help for SuSE Linux using the button in panel it show non-English version of the help, but I can use the link at the bottom of that page to go to the English version. Why is this happen, did I do something wrong while I install SuSE Linux, or that is the default help page. Is that posible to change the default help page to English. *After SuSE finish installing, the X-Windows started, but all my text-mode virtual consoles become very dim why ?? I already set the contrast and brightness to full already. Those text-mode virtual consoles look find during SuSE installation. *I would like to start some application automatically under KDE, when I login from X-Windows, which file should modify ?? Thank you for your help Best regards, Stephen -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq
