Mates, Thinking about a new video card in the $50 range. Here are some contenders. I've had good luck with the MX 440, but that is getting a little old. I've had pretty good luck with the Radeon 9200's which can be had pretty cheaply (I just bought a "real" ATI w / 128M for about $50). The nice thing about these is that they can use the open source radeon driver, rather than the proprietary binary-only driver than many of those listed require for 3D performance. Just my $.02 worth. -Nick -- <<< The matrix has you. >>> /`-_ Nicholas R.
