[opensuse] Gmail problem
for about four weeks I can not get new email from this list since December 12. What about back email to the Dec 12. Will I get this and all more recent if I turn on fowarding?? To me gmail is backup for myrealbox which has failed and is apprently not delivering email though I can post from there but not receive. Unfortunately Messaging Archetects is out until next year so no joy on Myrealbox.

A couple of obvious, simple thoughts: Have you logged onto the gmail web interface for your account and checked your "spam" folder lately? A lot of opensuse email ends up there for my account even though I try and train it otherwise :-/ Also, have you double-checked your gmail settings in case pop has become disabled? The pop settings on my account were disabled. this fixed the problem. I guess its like the tab setting on Firefox getting turned back on with some of the updates. Very annoying if you prefer tabs turned off. Gavin Chester wrote:
