changing suse window style in 9.3
Hello all: I've installed suse 9.3 and realized that it has a new suse window style (eg the window title bar is different). I preferred the look of the old suse style in 9.0 9.1 9.2. Is there any way to use that style in 9.3? TIA, IG

If you'd look in control center --> appearance & themes --> window decorations you might find something you like. There are all kinds of options in the control center and probably the old scheme is in there too.
Thanks for your really quick answer.
Unfortunately there is only one suse scheme among the window
decorations and that one is the new suse scheme.
Thanks,

I found the solution:
From http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=22909 you can download the suse 9.2 decoration. Unzip and adjust install.sh (change /opt/kde dir to opt/kde3). Running install.sh will replace 9.3 decoration files for 9.2 files.

Hello all:

I found the solution:
Download suse 9.2 decoration scheme from:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=22909
Unzip and change files names, if you don't want to overwrite the
current decoration files. (eg Suse.desktop to Suse-92.desktop etc.)
Also replace the file names in .desktop, .kcsrc, .la, .sh files.
You have to change /opt/kde dir names for /opt/kde3 in the above files,
to have the correct install paths.
Run install.sh as root.
After this you can find the new decoration among the windows
decorations and colors.
