I find that quote incredibly offensive. That guy probably has his head so far stuck up Bill Gates ass that he was asphyxiating (sp?) when he made that quote.

( I *think* publicly held company directors still have to list what they own ??? ) He probably holds a lot of MS stock, which isn't' worth nearly as much to the "average" holder as it does to BIll and co, who paid nada for it AND who own so much that the original runup made them richer than even their hubris had dreamt of...

Yes, he means that *all* the cracking going on into windows systems are from Linux users. In other words, he accusing you, me, and anyone else that uses Linux of being the prime and only suspects for all the viruses, worms, trojans, and whatever other troubles M$ Windows has.

There is no hope for security across the board when stupid companies hire stupid people for critical positions. Flown that airline a couple of times (food on the international flights sucked), but that was very offensive. Dunno, being in the States for 4 years leads to the first impulse to sue...This must be in the burrito's or something :). Seriously, there are other things he says that h needs to prove, like saying all his attacks come from Linux users (funny, most of the crap I get is from Windows vulnerabilities spreading their vile across the 'net).
May be I'm searching wrong direction but I couldn't
find the 'potheads' statement yet but found all
others.

I find it more telling that he NEEDS a "throat to choke...." I assume this is due to crashes, lost data, hung programs, BSOD's, viri, worms, and all the rest of the wonderful accompaniments to the world of M$. I used to feel much the same way...until I started using linux and found that while there may be some frustrations they can be managed, and best of all, by me, myself, with a little effort. My biggest upset with M$ was that I could not fix problems but had to simply endure their continual recurrence, leaving me looking for a "throat to choke...." Richard

Just because some of us in America also support ending the WOD and
medical use does not mean we are irresponsible on the job. I mean look
at the problem with systems analysis. All the foolishness being done in
the name of the American War On Drugs and its total failure indicates a
new approach is needed.
To get from there to slandering the community is a considerable stretch
beyond logic, beyond humor.
