Having a big clock with is able to show me what the moon is doing I wanted to use Kmoon in order to adjust the moon indicator. Just found that Kmoon is not found at my 9.3 under the old spot which was somewhere under games. Looking for kmoon I found that the package containing Kmoon is installed but any trail to run it was not successful. There was no command kmoon. Somebody know how to start KMoon. Kmoon or kmoon ;)?

Jim and others, It should be there I assume but it is not. I can produce the applet but the program cannot be run because there is no kmoon command. Must be a config problem and I will reinstall the package and see what happens next. Apropos gives ,"kmoon: nothing appropriate" and the search did not show anything. Strange.

There is no 'kmoon' as a command anymore.. at least as far as I can tell on 10.0 Follow the instructions I and others gave you and after RIGHT clicking on the panel bar, choose "Add applet to panel". This will bring up a list of applets and click on "Moon Phase" from the list.

Okay. Do not understand how something is running without a command but you must be right. The applet icon is obtrusive big. There is no smaller version or the possibility to get the kmoon in the K Menu?
