This below is the beginning of /var/log/faillog: #^@^@^@^@tty2^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@'<Í8^@^@^@^@ ... ... The rest of the file is just iterations of ^@ The file is one line [ Incomplete ] and 12024 characters long. Is this a denial of service? Probably nothing to worry about. Faillog is not a text file but a binary file. You can view it using the `faillog' command. See `man -a faillog' for more information.
