To add to monitoring capabilities look at cban... see http://panic.eu.org/linux/cban/ and RRDtool .... see http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/ I like cricket also :-) See http://cricket.sourceforge.net/ More can be found at http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/rrdworld/rrgrapher.html /Dee W.D.McKinney (Dee) 907-349-4308 Office http://3519098920 ¡Cada uno necesita a Señor!

Use ntop and mrtg+snmp. ntop to show where all traffic is flowing, and what protocols is used. mrtg and snmp to get nice graphs. /Stefan
No offense intended, but man, you gotta do something about that sig. That's wicked long. The least you could do is properly delimit the thing so that procmail can find it and destroy it properly ; ) Not to mention, it really screws with the signal-to-noise ratio of your messages. On a side note, what is all that hokum anyway? I've a handful of degrees (one of which is in ancient philosophy), and it seems a little vacuous to me. bob torres * Michael Garabedian (mikejr@emergyscorp.com) wrote:
