Using yast1 (version 1.09.2) to install new hardware -> printer, I get the message: "head: error while loading shared libs: head: undefined symbol: __strtouq_internal" This is with SuSE7.1, linux2.4.2SuSE. (I changed the configuration files manually to get the printer working.) jim bennett jbennett@syr.edu
Did you try the latest yast1 (1.09.3)? On Thu, Mar 29, 2001 at 05:13:12PM -0500, James P. Bennett wrote:

I'll second that! I see no sickness, just a drunk kitten whose smoke fortunately went out before it passed out... Now, if the smoke was lit, THEN... ;-) Lighten up

Doug, Personally, I find your rather coarse language to be far more crass and offensive than that of a sleeping cat in costume, and far less imaginative. Or was I looking at a different page to everyone else ? I find these small distractions welcome from time to time; it breaks down the tedium of reading about just problems all the time (although if I didn't get some kind of kick out of that I would have unsubscribed long ago). I feel it adds more of a sense of levity and community. But at least you said 'please'. If you said that phrase out loud then I wouldn't hold in my hand what you have in your mouth! Your language is what is offensive. Can we keep that form of expression off the list? Please. JLK
