SUSE 10.0: YOU not finding new updates
There has been a number of security update announcements this past week and most of them are "released", but running YOU on multiple SUSE 10.0 machines here shows no new updates, and these systems are definitely not up-to-date with the latest patches. I know I could manually fetch the updates, but I'd rather have YOU manage them for me. Anyone else notice this problem? -Ti

It is possible that the mirror you're using hasn't yet synchronized with suse.com.

I've been using the Atlanta Linux Enthusiasts mirror (http://ftp.ale.org/pub/suse/) and it used to be pretty good in being in sync. Ah... just tried changing YOU to use the kernel.org mirror and it's got the new patches. Thanks. -Ti

ale.org was last updated on September 14, nearly 2 weeks ago. (checking the file dates in: http://ftp.ale.org/pub/suse/update/10.1/repodata/?C=M;O=A ) Ciao, Marcus
