Nice and fast, but the fonts leave a LOT to be desired, compared to Konq. & NS. Fred -- Planet Earth - a subsidiary of Microsoft®. We have no bugs in our software, Never!, We do have undocumented added features, that you will find amusing, at no added cost, to you, at this time.
I cannot seem to get Firebird to use the Java plugins at all. I have tried Blackdown, IBM Java and Sun. Thats one of the resons I stay with Konq On Wednesday 30 July 2003 15:10, Fred A. Miller wrote:

If you're using the version from the firebird site, it seems to be compiled with gtk1, which is why the fonts are nasty. Get the SuSE version, which is gtk2, and you'll be much happier! Actually, it's more a matter of making sure you get a build of Firebird with XFT support. You can get tarballs for Firebird 0.6 with XFT & SVG support at the following site: http://pryan.org/phoenix/hendikins/ There is a tarball for GTK1 & another for GTK2. Both have XFT & SVG support. It was announced that by the end of the week, new tarballs will be up for the latest version, 0.6.1. Rick On Wed, 2003-07-30 at 15:32, John Pettigrew wrote:
