"Orphaned Packages" is the wrong category, have a look at "Unneeded Packages".
orphaned: neither does a package with the same name exist in the repositories, not does a package in the repos obsolete this package.
unneeded: no other package relies on this package.

One has to wonder if the savings of tracking these dangling packages is going to be worth the effort.
