Can kernel-2.6.10-rc3 burn CDs correctly, or is it like 2.6.8/2.6.8.1/2.6.9? I use 2.6.7 now and don't want to go through the trouble of compiling a kernel if it won't even work right. Thanks.

Hi, Has SUSE issued that already? They usually put the fixes that are needed in their releases from the newer candidates. You should be asking SUSE themselves. PeterB

I guess so, I've burned a CD on 2.6.10-rc3 x86_64 using xcdroast. Compiling kernels are no trouble and is non-disruptive providing you don't use the default name vmlinuz for your kernel. One thing I haven't done yet is to build it for x86 and see if NVIDIA-6629 works. 2.6.10 is due out sometime in the next 2 weeks. Regards Sid. -- Sid Boyce ....
