Dear All, I have a dvd player that is hooked up to my tv that will play cd's as well if they are in the iso 9660 format. I wanted to show my just burned cd of jpeg photos that were burned using k3b but my player would not show anything on the tv screen. I read that it needs to be in iso 9660 format. Could I burn another cd of these photos in the iso 9660 format using k3b or how do you get it into the iso 9660 format for burning? Any ideas will be helpful. Also, has anyone made a slide show with their photos using impress or powerpoint then burning it onto cd? Thanks. Marcia

Are you sure it doesn't just play VCDs and mp3 CDs? I've not seen one that claims to cope with arbitrary file types.

This is the normal standard for CDs and k3b creates CDs compatible with this standard (you can also add extensions if you like, but this doesn't break iso9660 compatibility).
