[opensuse] zypper issue with patterns-openSUSE-minimal_base-conflicts-12.3-7.10.1.x86_64 How to solve?
When I try to install osc, zypper is complaining it can't because it needs python and python conflicts with patterns-openSUSE-minimal_base-conflicts-12.3-7.10.1.x86_64 I don't recall ever seeing that before, can I just uninstall it? == details I just rented a VM with a pre-installed openSUSE 12.3 distro. I've had it for a couple days and it has done what little I've tried, but I decided to try out "osc" and it won't let me install it due to a conflict? (btw, I don't need osc on there, I was just trying various things I routinely use.) gaf@linux-sosy:/> sudo zypper in osc Retrieving repository 'openSUSE-12.3-Update' metadata ....................[done] Building repository 'openSUSE-12.3-Update' cache .........................[done] Loading repository data... I don't see why you can't, at the end you are just breaking the pattern not a big time thing -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
