[opensuse] Computer does not turn off

      hi there,

i just installed 10.3 to an old athlon 1200. the problem is, that after 
shutting down suse, the computer does not turn off.

The last line on the screen is:
Master Resource Control: Runlevel 0 has been reached

and then freezes.

it sounds like the harddisk is powered off, but the motherboard is still 
active and has to be switches off manually via powerbutton.

i already looked for options in bios but could not find any. any ideas?
