[opensuse] new disks devices
We begin to see strange devices for disk access, beside the usual /dev/hd or /dev/sd, like /dev/dm- or /dev/usb(...). Do you know of any doc giving a survey of this new feature without searching the kernel source? thanks jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://dodin.org/mediawiki/index.php/GPS_Lowrance_GO -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

How about "tree /dev/disk/"? /dev/disk/ |-- by-id |-- by-label |-- by-path `-- by-uuid
