Listmates, In kde44, kate has crashed about 5 times in the last hour which is more than it has crashed on my in the past 5 years combined. I had started kate with 'kate &' from konsole to see what type of output I was getting. Since these app crashes are not triggering drkonqi, I'm not sure which message is the one I should be concerned about. The final messages before the latest crash seem to involve 'KateView::slotGotFocus', 'KateView::slotLostFocus', and 'KateCompletionWidget::abortCompletion:' which repeated several times just before the crash.
