I've just installed 7.0 on my machine with an isdn card, and somehow, when I installed some og the LDP-packages, the DVD-drive stopped, and the rpm-db "disappeared". It now says it can't lock the db=( I've looked in the /var/adm/backup/rpmdb/ for gzipped copies. Of course none, was there. Is there any other way to restore/build a new db?? -- Leif Mathis -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq
