I can't seem to find a regular option for it. But I use the thinkeramik style for KDE and it's got an option for shadowed desktop fonts and it works. I couple this with Geramik which in the latest version has a thingeramik style for GTK2 apps. It's really nice to have everything look the same when mixing and matching apps. :) Give thinkeramik a look. You can find it at kde-look.org. My personal feelings are that SuSE might do well to either make a GTK2 and KDE theme that match or use the thin styles of keramik. But I digress...anyway.. check those out. -- Ben Rosenberg ---===---===---===--- mailto:ben@whack.org ----- If two men agree on everything, you can be sure that only one of them is doing the thinking.
Found thin Keramik and I cant find that option, nothing in the Sourcefiles tells me how to create a module and doesnt even mention shadowed fonts. On Monday 04 August 2003 02:11, Ben Rosenberg wrote:

Once compiled and installed it should put a module into the kde control center for thinkeramik which has an option for shadowed fonts. At least it does in v2.0 which is what I have installed. -- Ben Rosenberg ---===---===---===--- mailto:ben@whack.org ----- If two men agree on everything, you can be sure that only one of them is doing the thinking.
They must have changed it because in v2.1 which is what I downloaded last night there is no KDE Control Center module, nothing under style and no mention of it in the changelogs. On Monday 04 August 2003 04:24, Ben Rosenberg wrote:

Actually, I just looked and I'm using 2.1 and it's there. I was mistaken about the version I had because this guy has released an update every couple days for weeks. :) It's there. I swear. :) -- Ben Rosenberg ---===---===---===--- mailto:ben@whack.org ----- If two men agree on everything, you can be sure that only one of them is doing the thinking.
