Yes i understand you have only one card, but sometimes 'the' card is mistaken for another card, and than there might be sound, but very very soft. On Kmix is written what card is configuered. When tried to reconfigure the card got error message (popup) "Volume control" has quit unexpectadly. If you reload a panel object, it will automatically be added back to the panel
