Its possible with a new version of SA that you might want to relearn so a collection might be useful. Other than that you might want to study the patterns yourself. I figured out most of my spam was HTML mail comming in from one particular account so I filtered it in evolution and most is gone. Provided you've checked that the spam is really spam (i.e. there are no false positives), I certainly can't see any good reason to keep it. Certainly, I dump all confirmed spam after I've educated SpamAssassin.
