That's your Linksys card. It has a Comet chip from ADMTek, which I believe is supported by the tulip driver. I'm not sure where your eth1 comes from, but might it just possibly be related to your IP6 over IP4 tunnel?
OK, what is the best way to disable IP6 in SuSE10. I'll give that a try....
