I have bought a new HP Officejet 6500A plus all in one wireless printer, fax, scanner. I find my self over my head trying to get this thing installed to my computer and network. I am using Opensuse 11.3 Kde 4.5.3. I have the USB cable connected. But the computer does not see the unit. I blindly play with the firewall settings and through dumb luck got the printer function to work with the computer, but have not luck with the rest of my windows network.. I also can not seem to get the scanner recognizied and working.
