For the person who was beating his brains out with Neverball... and anyone else who likes a good game program, do a google search on: RollemUp It's a really good pinball game and shows what can be done with Linux. It's been around for quite a few years. Some of the links you will find mention that it is a BSD game, such as: wuarchive.wustl.edu/mirrors/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/ pkgsrc/games/rollemup/ README.html but it runs on Linux just as well. -- +----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ + Bruce S. Hi, Always nice to hear about a cool linux game. Did you find any SUSE RPMs of it? Did you install it with YAST? Which flavor of SUSE is it running on? Inquiring minds want to know! PeterB Proud to use SuSE Linux, since 5.2 Loving using SuSE Linux 8.2 MyBlog http://vancampen.org/blog/ Nothing is as perfect as a Cultured Diamond There was never any Blood on a Cultured Diamond --

None of the above, with the exception that it has run on every copy of SuSE I've had (since 7.3 I believe). Gee, you're just going to have to learn how to un-tarball a program I guess. No YAST involved. But no compiles either. -- +----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ + Bruce S.
