Hi List, it looks like my Kmail addressbook got lost, or booted. Can someone please tell me where that file is supposed to be located so I can get a handle on investigating it and possibly pulling part of it from some backups? I am using SuSE 9.2 64bit. Best regards, Alex.

The 64-bit shouldn't matter. The addressbook should be in ~/.kde/apps/kabc/std.vcf for the default addressbook. If you added others, they may have different names, but they should be stored in that directory. Anything with a vcf extension is an addressbook. The 64-bit shouldn't matter. The addressbook should be in
~/.kde/apps/kabc/std.vcf
~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf(_n) it seems. Thanks for the feedback. I found some older ones there that contained all the info I had lost. For some reason addressbook wasn't picking them up. Best regards, Alex.
