System Message as pop-up to logged in users
Hi All, In the days I worked on Novell 4.12, I could send a system message to all logged in users. Is there a way to send a KDE 'Desktop pop-up' message to users on a SUSE Linux 10.0 system, when I am administering their systems via ssh from the CLI? :-) Al

If not, there definitely should be! That was Netware's best feature, without a doubt ... -- Fergus Wilde Chetham's Library Long Millgate Manchester M3 1SB Tel: 0161 834 7961 Fax: 0161 839 5797 http://www.chethams.org.uk

man wall (users see the messages in all shells they may have open. KDE users also get it in a Kwrite 'pop-up'). Cheers, Colin
