[opensuse] SUSE 10.3
I've just installed SUSE 10.3 on one computer and so far it looks nice and seems faster than 10.2. I also tried that KDE 4 preview. Yuck!!! I certainly hope that's not what KDE 4 is supposed to look like. It's terrible!!! -- Use OpenOffice.org http://www.openoffice.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I know, I loaded up kmahjongg and it looks ugly for the most part. Other wise I do like openSUSE 10.3, good job build team and anyone else who worked on this release. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Best mahjongg is still the one from Anderson. Played it when very young :) (In fact, now that I look at the date, August 03 1991, that's probably when I got it.) No I'm not that good at it, usually play it when I'm bored. It gives me something to do and keeps me out of trouble. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Ugly? How so? As in the artwork for the tiles (which you can switch)? Or the normal gui elements? Anything in particular you don't like? Is this the sample apps, or the whole desktop? Ifthe latter, then it's still under heavy developement, if the former, well you'll just have to live with it :-) John. -- Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger.yahoo.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

same here, all I get is question marks for icons, none are clickable, or at least when you click them nothing happens. what is the box in the upper left corner that expands when you move over it, is that suppose to be the "applications" or "start" menu? nothing happens there either, just locks up my laptop, have to kill x in order to get it back. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFHCSuyTGPZswu6yiERAkmnAKDtzz3mi2xI101ULOBF9l5gGrs5lACeOPt/ ON9pNvG3mlRpDOnZxmXRQFY= =nkfi -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
