[opensuse] Wine giving errors
I've been trying to use DVD Shrink under wine and I keep getting this error x11drv_main.c: X11DRV_CritSection wait timed out in thread 0009, blocked by 0029, retrying (60 sec) and this error err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7ebb0080 "gdiobj.c: GDI_level" wait timed out in thread 0009, blocked by 0029, retrying (60 sec) And then it completely crashes -- Michael S. I don't have an answer to your wine problem (I don't use it). I recommend k9copy as a native alternative. Charles -- "By golly, I'm beginning to think Linux really *is* the best thing since sliced bread." (By Vance Petree, Virginia Power)

I second that. But if you want your original question answered it would help to mention which version of Opensuse, wine and DVDshrink you use. -- Jos van Kan registered Linux user #152704 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

DVD Shink 3.2
Opensuse 11.1
Wine 1.1.9
First thing you can try is installing updated wine packages from the Emulators:Wine buildservice repository. http://en.opensuse.org/Wine Ciao, Marcus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
