I realize this isn't SUSE specific, but I suspect this may be the forum with members knowledgable in both apps. I'm trying to configure OpenOffice to send files as an attachment with Mozilla. I have set the OO email program to: mozilla -remote "xfeDoCommand(composeMessage)" This works fine if Mozilla is not running. However if it's already open, there is no file attachment when the compose window opens. Any ideas as to how I can get this to work properly? tnx jk

Apparently, the -remote option doesn't make any difference. Just using mozilla as the email program, behaves exactly the same way.

I hate to ask this - but I'm confused. How do you get Mozilla to send mail at all? It is a browser. -- kai - www.perfectreign.com www.livebeans.com - the new NetBeans community

The browser is only one part of Mozilla. It's also and email client, news reader and there's also an optional calendar.

My bad! I think of Mozilla as Firefox. I forget about the Mozilla all-in-one descendent of Netscape. :) -- kai - www.perfectreign.com www.livebeans.com - the new NetBeans community

Not to mention SeaMonkey, the all-in-one descendant of Mozilla.
