I don't know if this will help, but I had just updated curl, and figured out today that it broke YOU and susewatcher. I downgraded it to the CD version and it worked fine again. Does anyone know the exact fix? I updated two 8.2 boxes to 9.0 last night, and now neither will run YOU. I have curl-7.10.5-37 installed on both, and I assume that is what is on the 9.0 CD. Do I have to install curl from the 8.2 CDs to get YOU to work. Or do I need to ftp a newer rpm down from SUSE. If so, where. Greg -- Greg Freemyer

I don't have 9.0, but I dropped Manfred (packman) an email regarding curl 7.10.8, which I had updated to at the office and the problem I found. According to his reply, he also experienced the problem and IIUC put up 7.10.7 on his site. Here at home, I still had 7.10.7 installed, and it is working fine on my 8.2.

You could probably try the 7.10.7 packages from http://packman.link2linux.org. HTH -- Joe Morris New Tribes Mission Email Address: Joe_Morris@ntm.org Web Address: http://www.mydestiny.net/~joe_morris Registered Linux user 231871 God said, I AM that I AM. I say, by the grace of God, I am what I am.
