Hello all, I'm having a problem with making a kernel (v2.4.9 (SUSE)) for a single floppydisk distribution. I have done the next things: 1. make config 2. make bzImage 3. transfering the bzImag to a floppy with: dd if=bzImage of=/dev/fd0 bs=1k 4. And : rdev /dev/fd0 /dev/fd0 rdev -R /dev/fd0 0 My kernels are starting but they are given all: 1. by a 2 floppydisk system: kernel panic on device 02:00 2. by my 1 floppydisk system: is crashing by the init. Do somebody know what I'm doing wrong!!! Please help me or can nobody help me??? Greetings, RAS
